So. What have I done:)
- cutting potatoes for puree
- cleaning sorrel - "cavolo nero" - from the main stem.
- Separate and finely chop the parsley.
- *tried quiche with quail egg and spinach mousse. traditional dish at this time * 7/10.
- cleaning eggs and their subsequent addition to the Russian salad; only yolks. Whites are thrown out mercilessly(
