Vergera salad. (I die it completely from the very beginning).

The next task was related to greenery. Parsley. Basil. Separate from branches, of course.

Fondo Bruno.

It is a very thick sauce made with pieces of meat and bones, usually veal, but lamb and poultry can also be used. 

 It was the sauce that I needed to vacuum. There was quite a lot of it. At the end of the working day, as usual, washing the stove, work surfaces and floors.
