Cold paprika appetizer stuffed with tuna, ricotta and anchovies. Helped cook and watched the process.


Cutting potatoes for Russian salad. (I already remember how many kilograms necessary, this is a kind of success).


Asparagus cleaning, preparation for further heat treatment - a little baking. One of my colleagues also gave me yogurt to try for one of the desserts. Reminiscent of sour cream with sugar, a nostalgic taste of childhood. Not bad. I also watched how they cook this simple,but tasty dessert.


Vacuuming salad, caponata and sauces. 


And of course washing the stove, taking out the garbage. 


At the end of the working day peeling raw carrots for Sunday.
