The first task was elated to broccoli.  To cut off the edible part.

It took a certain part of the time to sort out the sorrel - to remove the main stem.

Because it does not look very nice in a dish. and especially if these are tiny rolls with filling, then even more so, you need to remove it. 





It was also slicing potatoes for a Russian salad. Cleaning at the end of the working day, distributing leftover dishes into molds and watching how the chef cuts smoked salmon (only he does this and, of course, filigree)🌚🐣
