Wednesday🥑



The 1st working day.

There was an acquaintance with the staff and the beginning of work. First tasks were related to slicing carrots and celery. (Celery for the salad with walnuts and cheese)

Capponata (onion, basil, tomato puree, roasted paprika, zucchini. I think that's it)

Octopus (Delicious looking thing. With baked tomatoes.)

I also saw how to prepare flan. With pumpkin puree👀. Just watched the cooking and how it was baked in the oven)

Also panna cotta and bunet (popular local chocolate dessert).

The decor for the desserts is simple - caramel sauce and amaretti (crumbled into a bunet).

The last but not least task was going over the raw rabbit with a burner to remove the hairs.



The 1st part of the day was quite interesting.

At least more exciting than my evening visit to the doctor🌚
