20.03 (Monday🐣) 

We (me,my colleagues and the representative) had an excursion in the vocational school Apro. We've been shown how everything works there; how students were practicing - different groups, different professions and departments. 


We were also shown the educational and professional kitchens of this school - the equipment, inventory and the chef (teacher there) quite interesting told us about the process of practice in the training kitchen.  






After all the discussions about further practice, our workplaces and organizational moments we decided to get around the historical center of Alba.








Certainly we would like to eat something after a long walk - "Cafè Cavour" was chosen on approval.

I guess - even I'm definitely sure of it - there are many perfect places and restaurants in the center,but our first choice wasn't that good - except well-cooked chicken, tajarin and polite staff. The first pancake us lumpy" - a bit surely,but I'll 100% find something worthwhile and there'll be a possibility to analyze direction and nuances of local kitchen here.

 Saturday 🐣 There were quite a lot of simple preparations that day. Potato. Carrots, everything had to be cleaned and prepared for further heat treatment.   As well as cleaning and vacuuming the sauce. And I was also entrusted to put panna cotta into molds:)

Сегодня я также начала день с того, что раскладывала хлеб на ланч. После я занималась заготовкой овощей. Чистила, мыла и нарезала картофель. Также помыла, высушила и сложила в коробку листы салата. После я нарезала лимон для украшения тарелки, при подаче тартара. После мне дали задание, очистить и помыть морковь, лук и сельдерей. Затем необходимо было пропустить эти овощи через мясорубку в рандомном порядке, чтобы овощи перемешались между собой. Когда я закончила с этим заданием, ко мне зашла Мерелин, мы с ней поговорили некоторое время и я вернулась к своей работе. Мне дали задание: разложить тушёную спаржу по пакетам для вакуумации. Под конец смены я заворачивала ножи и вилки в салфетки.

Сегодняшнее утро я начала с раскладывания хлеба на ланч. Затем мне дали капусту. Нужно было отделить листы от кочана, а затем нарезать саму капусту. После я нарезала картофель. Также мне дали задание: необходимо было пропустить свареный картофель через мясорубку, для получения картофельного пюре. Сегодня я также помогала в оформлении тарелки закусок. Под конец смены я как всегда стояла на мойке, а после заворачивала ножи и вилки в салфетки.
